We had a fantastic stay at this hotel close to the Balon d'Alsace ski slopes by stream. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a lift and easy parking. Additionally, the location was ideal as it was close to local shops and other restaurants. Our room was always immaculately clean, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and welcoming.
All good.

We are staying in a nice location near the Balon d'Alsace ski slopes and by the stream. Sadly, this is one of the only good things about our stay. the room is small and outdated, the bathroom is dirty, and the service we have received has been lacking. Breakfast is a basic and unremarkable buffet, lacking variety or freshness. the view from our room is the only saving grace, but it's simply not enough.
The hotel is lacking in upkeep.

The hotel's attention to detail is outstanding, from the meticulously cleaned rooms to the warm and welcoming service provided by the staff. The rooms with a balcony overlooking the garden are a delightful feature, allowing guests to enjoy the stunning views of the river and hills. Additionally, the location of the hotel close to the Balon d'Alsace ski slopes and hiking trails is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Located in a beautiful area for hiking and skiing, this hotel was the perfect choice for my Easter weekend getaway. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I appreciated the wide variety of freshly prepared food served at the breakfast buffet, which kept me full and fueled for my outdoor activities. the hotel's cleanliness was exceptional, and the surrounding scenery was stunning.
That the hotel was not very close to any shops or other restaurants, although it didn't bother me much since I had planned to be outdoors most of the time. , the road in front of the hotel is quite noisy, and I wish there were more soundproofing in the rooms.

One of the best things about this hotel is the attention to detail. The rooms are nicely renovated with a pleasant and warm color scheme, creating a cozy atmosphere perfect for autumn evenings. I particularly loved the rooms with balconies overlooking the garden; it provided a beautiful view of the river and hills. Another highlight was the family-run atmosphere, with retro furniture that added personality to the public areas.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic.

Spent new year's week in a lovely hotel in the heart of the Vosges. the warm welcome from the staff was excellent. They provided information about the area, which helped us to decide on the best walks and ski slopes. the location of the hotel is great for skiing and hiking, with options ranging from easy to difficult walks. the hotel's restaurant was fantastic, and the wine list is worth a try. They provided an excellent variety of delicious food in the half, board option. We enjoyed the hot tub in the garden, which had an amazing view of the surrounding landscape.
The hotel's Wi, Fi connection was sometimes patchy. This is a family, run establishment, and some of its rooms were undergoing renovation.
